Why this training works

01

Claude teaches Claude

Claude itself delivers the course — it explains, answers questions, and checks the work. That keeps the training current, and it means the course is also a demonstration: if it works for your people, you've seen our unique training method working before trying any of our commercial offerings.

02

Safe and responsible use is taught all the way through

Learners set up house rules Claude reads every session, learn the short list of what it must never see, and practise judging how far to trust an answer — task by task, with ways to verify. These are the habits enterprise staff need.

03

Their own screen, their real work

The tour happens on the learner's own screen, and the exercises use their own documents, tables and meeting notes. Because they practise on their real work, they carry on using Claude after the course ends.

04

It fits the working day

Short sections in plain language, spoken aloud if preferred, taken in sittings of ten to fifteen minutes beside the day job. No away-days, no cover to arrange.

05

The whole course is free

Every module, free. Our paid editions go deeper into building systems; this one exists so your people start properly.

What it covers

From installing the app to the first real task done through it · connectors and permissions explained before anyone approves one · house rules and the data rule — what Claude must never see · how much to trust an answer, and how to check · real work end to end, including a task that runs on a schedule · the ways the tool bites beginners, and the counter to each.

Honesty note: the course is free and most of it needs nothing but the free Claude app. The sections that work on the learner's own files use Claude's Cowork feature, which needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or above) — that is a separate subscription with Anthropic, not something we sell.

Apply for free seats

Seats are allocated per organisation and confirmed personally — tell us who the training is for and we will come back to you by email.

Where your answers go: to us, by email, and they are kept. We reply personally about your seats. The course is kept current as Claude's interface and features change, so we will also email you occasionally about course updates and new content. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and one reply saying "stop" is enough to stop.

Application received.

We will come back to you personally at — usually within one working day.

Our reply comes from paul@bappoo.com — if nothing has arrived within a day, check your spam or junk folder. Corporate filters are the commonest reason a seat offer goes missing.
